Our Cancellation & Refund Policy

We expect payment in full for all treatments and classes at the time of booking. 


No shows are not acceptable under any circumstances!!!  It's just rude and inconsiderate.  I have a large waiting list and your wasted slot could be allocated to someone who needs it. 

 

Late arrival/missed sessions

We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel, change your appointment,

2 days (48 hours) before your treatment, class slot we will retain 50% of your treatment price.  If just dont show up for your appointment/class, we will retain the full amount, if you have not paid we will expect full payment.  You will only be refunded the full amount if you cancel on time.  This is due to us not being able to fill the slot with such short notice.

Exceptional circumstances

I do ask that you rearrange your appointment if you are ill with a virus (I cannot afford to get sick as I am in service to others) This does not extend to a family member suddenly being sick.  Proof of your illness will be required in the form of a doctors note. 

We recognise that emergencies happen, even if they are rare. If you know that you might not make an appointment, please let us know when you book it. We will try to be more accommodating in such circumstances. Similarly, if a genuine emergency prevented you from attending, and also from letting us know, we could consider waiving or reducing the cancellation fee.  Proof of the emergency will be expected. 


Appointments at the Studio

As we book appointments at specific times, we can not see you if you arrive outside of the agreed times. Equally, if you arrive early, we would ask you to wait until your appointment time. Similarly, if you arrive late, we cannot extend the session to compensate, even if you're only a 5 or 10 mins late.  Your treatment will end at the specified time. 

If you are over 15 minutes late and have not contacted us, we will assume you are not coming and will consider that cancellation without notice and we will retain the full payment. 


Distance appointments

Where we have booked to do a distance appointment,  we will message you 5 mins before and at the start again, you will need to confirm that you are settled and isolated from distractions, you can choose to play the same music if you wish by clicking on the link I will send.  The session will start at the scheduled time.   
If you cannot make it, without 48 hour notice, we will retain the full payment. 


If we cancel

Occasionally, circumstances might prevent us from delivering a session as agreed.  I will offer an alternative appointment, if I feel too unwell to deliver my usual standard of treatments.  If I feel well enough, I will still let you know that I have a virus but feel well, so that you can decide if you want to attend your treatment slot or wait for the next available appointment after I have recovered.  We will give you as much notice as possible if this happens. We can transfer your payment to the next slot or we can refund you in full for appointments we cancel and will re-book and reward you with a 10% off your next treatment.
