GDPR laws came in in 2018 regarding how we collect, store, distribute your data. 

I am a full member of the FHT.  I have to comply with their professional codes of ethics and professional standards.  I am also bound by these standards not to discuss or share your information with anyone unauthorised or outside of the practice. 

As Clinical Reflexologist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Reiki master, I need to collect potentially sensitive personal and medical data so that I can use it to know who you are, contact details and to plan your treatments. 

Once I have used the information it is destroyed in the appropriate manner and only the treatment notes retained. 

I use this information to monitor your progress and assess if a different approach needs to be taken. 

I do not store or collect any other details like financial information like your banking details etc. 
All data collected is stored in compliance to the GDPR rules.  I am registered with the GDPR to ensure compliance.

Due to my insurance requirements, I have to keep your notes for 3 years after your last treatment after which it is automatically destroyed.  I do not keep or use any of your data online or save it on the computer.
