
Do you find you worry too much, feel inferior to others or have the need to be in control of people or situations all the time. Did you have a trauma in your life, perhaps you had a codependent childhood or life. Perhaps you lead a fear based or a life with negative thoughts. Perhaps you have limiting beliefs.
This class is for those who want to meet, connect and heal their inner child. This process is very transformative and liberating.
Bee has been on her own inner journey to heal her past that was creating fears, limiting beliefs and more trauma. Since doing this Bee has brought back fun and happiness back into her life, as well as removing blockages caused by events she didn't even know affected her. She has also accepted who she is and feels comfortable in her skin. She has also realised that certain insecurity traits started in her childhood after feeling hurt. She never felt it was an issue until she uncovered these events that to others would see trivial. After realising it, she now can cope and control these unwanted insecurity motivated behaviours.
I feel that Inner Child work is the secret to living a fulfilled and happy life, free of negative self-talk and resistance, which in turn allows you to clear the path to manifest your dream life.
This is a two day course. Start time 9.30 end time 4pm.
What to bring:
- Please come dressed comfortably, you can bring your slippers or just be in your fluffy socks.

What's included.
I will have various herbal teas, tea, coffee, cuppa soups, hot chocolate, water with either lemon or cucumber and mint, there will be pastries, cookies and cakes. (I will have hazelnut milk, oat milk and regular cows milk for your tea or coffee).
If you have a nut or gluten allergy or are vegan please do notify me so that I can have something in form you. Please bring your own packed lunch.
