Mindset & Life Coaching
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Stress, pressure, self-doubt, and emotional challenges can leave us feeling stuck or unsure how to move forward.
With nearly two decades of experience working closely with people through reflexology, psychotherapy training, hypnotherapy, and psychology studies, I have developed a deep understanding of how the mind works and how our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions shape our lives.
My coaching sessions offer a safe, supportive space for open conversation and personal reflection, helping you gain clarity, build confidence, and begin making positive changes.
Rather than formal hypnosis, I focus on
guided conversation and practical mindset work. Through thoughtful discussion and tailored strategies, we work together to identify patterns, shift limiting beliefs, and strengthen your inner resilience.
Coaching Can Help With
• Stress and overwhelm
• Confidence and self-belief
• Performance pressure (work, business, or personal goals)
• Feeling stuck or lacking direction
• Emotional resilience and coping strategies
• Personal growth and self-awareness
• Building healthier thought patterns

My Approach
My approach is calm, compassionate, and practical. I help you understand how your mind works so you can begin to reshape unhelpful patterns and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
This is not about “fixing” you — it is about helping you reconnect with your own inner strength, insight, and ability to grow.
Sometimes all it takes is the right conversation to start a powerful shift.
You can add this to your Reiki healing, reflexology treatments. This is good if you struggle being the focus. It is done in a very indirect way.

A Brief History of Coaching and Psychotherapy
The practice of helping people understand their thoughts, behaviours, and emotions has existed for thousands of years. Early philosophers such as Socrates believed that thoughtful conversation and questioning could help individuals gain insight into themselves and their lives. His method of guided dialogue laid the foundation for many modern therapeutic approaches.
Modern psychotherapy began developing in the late 19th century with the work of Sigmund Freud, who explored how unconscious thoughts and past experiences influence behaviour. Over time, other pioneers expanded these ideas. Carl Jung focused on deeper aspects of the psyche and personal meaning, while Carl Rogers introduced a more compassionate, client-centred approach based on empathy, trust, and open conversation.
Throughout the 20th century, psychotherapy continued to evolve with new approaches such as cognitive and behavioural therapies, which focused on understanding and changing patterns of thought and behaviour that influence emotions and actions.
Coaching emerged later, particularly during the late 20th century, drawing from psychology, personal development, leadership training, and sports performance. Unlike traditional psychotherapy, which often focuses on healing past difficulties, coaching tends to focus more on personal growth, performance, goal-setting, and moving forward in life.
Today, many practitioners combine elements of both coaching and therapeutic understanding. By bringing together psychological insight, supportive conversation, and practical guidance, this modern approach helps individuals gain clarity, build confidence, overcome challenges, and develop healthier patterns of thinking and behaviour.
At its core, both coaching and psychotherapy share the same intention:
to help people better understand themselves and create meaningful, positive change in their lives.
I have extensive training having completed a part one degree in Psychology, modern Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy with 3 different schools using different concepts and approaches and NLP training with Paul Mckenna and Richard Bandler. I have 8 years experience helping and coaching people to overcome life's challenges and change their thought process to be positive.
